WHERE WAS CARTER FILMED?
Carter was shot entirely in South Korea, specifically in North Chungcheong province. Principal photography for this action-packed thriller took place in June and July 2021. Most of South Korea’s terrain is mountainous, while the lowlands make up about 30% of the country’s total land area.
Most of Carter’s key sequences were shot in North Chungcheong Province, located in the Hoseo region of South Korea. The production team reportedly traveled throughout the province to film various scenes in suitable locations.
